Terms of Service

Vextrail is a subscription service that measures how often and how positively your business is mentioned when customers ask AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) for recommendations in your category, scans your website, and delivers a monthly report with a 0–100 AI Relevance Score, a per-platform breakdown, and a prioritized fix-it plan of website changes.

Vextrail is offered as a monthly subscription, billed in USD. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees shown on our pricing page at checkout and to our then-current billing terms, which we'll present to you before you're charged.

AI Relevance Report ($79/month)

The AI Relevance Report is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle begins — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your reports until then. There are no prorated refunds for the current billing period. If a report fails to generate or deliver, we'll re-run it at no extra charge — or refund that month's fee on request.

Complete AIO Management (from $499/month)

Complete AIO Management is a month-to-month retainer. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice (email or our contact form counts as written notice). We don't refund work already performed before cancellation takes effect. Any month you've prepaid but haven't used is refunded.

General

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. To cancel or request a refund, use our contact form or email relevai-6127610e@ctomail.io.

You agree that:

• You own, operate, or are authorized to act on behalf of the business and website you submit to Vextrail;
• The information you provide (business name, website domain, email, industry) is accurate;
• You won't use Vextrail to scan, monitor, or misrepresent any business or website you don't have the right to act for;
• You won't misuse the service — for example, attempting to interfere with our measurement engine, submitting fraudulent data, or using the service to deceive customers;
• You won't resell or redistribute Vextrail's reports or data to third parties without our permission.

We're honest about this — and we want it in plain terms, consistent with FTC guidance on honest marketing: Vextrail does not and cannot guarantee any specific AI Relevance Score, rank, position, mention, or business outcome on any AI platform. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude are third-party AI systems. Their outputs are outside our control and change over time — the models, their training data, their sources, and their answering behavior all evolve — so no one can control exactly how they answer. Scores and rankings are estimates, not promises.

Our reports describe what we measured and give you changes that are likely to help — but results will vary, and we make no promise that following our fix-it plan will produce a specific outcome. Any testimonials, sample reports, or example results we publish reflect individual experiences and are not typical unless we say otherwise.

Your AI Relevance Score, measurements, and fix-it recommendations are generated with the assistance of third-party AI models from OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and Anthropic (Claude). Because AI models can answer the same question differently at different times, your scores and recommendations may vary between runs and over time. Each report reflects a snapshot of what the platforms returned on the date it was generated.

Our fix-it recommendations are informed analysis, not guarantees: we cannot promise that any action you take based on our recommendations will produce a specific result.

The Vextrail service, website, reports, and measurement methodology are our property or our licensors'. You may use your own reports for your business's internal purposes. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to Vextrail's trademarks, branding, or technology.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vextrail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms (for example, misuse of the service or non-payment), with notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be determined], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above; for significant changes, we'll also let you know by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
