Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to run your AI Relevance measurement:

• Business name — so we can detect when AI platforms mention you.
• Website domain — so we can scan your site and recognize citations of your domain.
• Email address — to deliver your monthly report and communicate with you.
• Industry (and optionally city) — so we ask the questions customers actually ask in your category.

If you contact us, we also keep the contents of your message (for example your name and what you wrote) so we can respond.

We use the information above to:

• Run your monthly AI-platform measurement (see “third-party processors” below);
• Scan your website and generate your fix-it plan;
• Build and deliver your monthly AI Relevance Report;
• Respond to your messages and support requests;
• Send waitlist and product updates you signed up for (you can opt out anytime).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

To measure your AI relevance we send your business name, website domain, and category questions to the AI platforms' APIs, which power their web search:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT) — see OpenAI's privacy policy;
• Google (Gemini) — see Google's privacy policy;
• Anthropic (Claude) — see Anthropic's privacy policy.

Your website is crawled by our own scanner; we store the pages we collect long enough to generate and re-verify your report. Our hosting and database providers store the data you submit to us (such as waitlist and contact messages) in order to operate the service.

We send each processor only what's needed — your business name, website domain, and submitted form data — and solely for the purpose of generating your AI Relevance Score and recommendations. We do not sell your data. Each processor handles what we send under its own terms and privacy policy (linked above); please review those if you have questions about how they process data.

Because your scores and recommendations are generated with the assistance of these third-party AI models, they may vary between runs and over time. Each report reflects a snapshot of what the platforms returned on the date it was generated, and no action we recommend is guaranteed to produce a specific result.

We do not set our own tracking cookies and we do not run third-party analytics on this site. The hosting platform that serves this website may collect standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request data) to operate and secure the service; we don't use those logs to profile visitors.

If you create a customer account, your password is stored only as a one-way hash — never in plaintext, and never readable by us or anyone who gains access to our database. When you log in, we set a secure session cookie that keeps you logged in; it expires automatically after 30 days, and you can log out at any time.

You can request deletion of your account and all data associated with it at any time by emailing us at relevai-6127610e@ctomail.io — we'll remove your account, your businesses, and their stored reports.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and to support renewals or reinstatements. Waitlist and contact messages are kept until we've resolved your inquiry and closed out the related work.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, email us at relevai-6127610e@ctomail.io and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email we send with one click.

Vextrail is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. For significant changes, we'll also let you know by email.
